1. Who operates this site

This site is operated by CurvyTits.

2. You must be old enough

This site is intended only for people aged 18 or over. By entering the site you confirm that you are at least that old and that entering is permitted where you live. If you are below that age, leave — and do not use a false confirmation to get around this.

3. What this site is — and is not

This site is an index. It lists gallery entries and, when you open one, your browser is forwarded to a third-party destination.

Specifically, this site:

• does not host, stream or display the images themselves;
• does not provide accounts, and there is nothing to sign up for;
• does not accept uploads, comments or any other content from visitors;
• does not sell anything and takes no payment on this site.

Everything you see after you are forwarded is operated by somebody else, under their own terms, and we do not control it. Read their terms on their site, not here.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site if you are under the minimum age, or help anyone else do so;
• attempt to reach the site through a location where its content is not permitted;

The layout, text and code of this site belong to CurvyTits. The entries and images referenced by the index belong to their respective owners and are linked to, not reproduced here. Nothing in these terms transfers any rights in third-party content to you.

This site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. It may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any entry will resolve to a working destination.

To the fullest extent the law allows, CurvyTits is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or of any third-party destination it forwards you to, including content you did not choose to see. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
